- Replicates an adult male containing oral and nasal passages and all appropriate anatomy: pharynx, epiglottis, trachea, oesophagus, stoma, cricoid cartilage and representative cervical vertebrae
- Chest area contains left and right bronchi and the bronchial tree
- The side of the neck and chest area over the bronchial tree allows viewing of the suction and trachea tube
- Viewing window at the bottom of the simulator shows the location of a suction catheter in the right bronchus (seen) or left bronchus (unseen)
- Techniques that can be practised:
- Suctioning – oral, nasopharyngeal, nasotracheal and tracheal
- Cuff inflation
- Cleansing of the stoma and changing of dressings
- Supplied in a carrying case with REN cleaner (AN9919) and instruction guide
- Tracheostomy tube is not included.
