• This Advanced Venipuncture Training Aid now permits the injection of fluids and the drawing of blood on a model twice the size of Venipuncture Training Aid (AV354)
• Model enables user to improve competency and technique by progressing from easier, larger veins to the more difficult, smaller veins
• Model can be used to ensure that competency is assessed, maintained, demonstrated and continually improved
• The four-vein model features three different sized, barely discernable blue veins, placed at varying depths in a semi-transparent, tissue-like material
• A ‘pop’ is felt as needle enters vein, followed by a realistic ‘flashback’ of simulated blood confirming the proper needle placement
• An optional carrying case, with storage pouch for supplies, is available
