- Layered pad simulating the epidermis and subdermal layer
- Three straight 150mm long veins charged with artificial blood
- Veins can only be located by palpating surface as they are deep within skin layers
- 10 or 12 cuts can be made on the pad making it economical for training
- Cannulas can be inserted and veins ligated both distallly and proximally
It is recommended that the veins are made good so that the next student may repeat the procedure without losing the contents from the veins
