What does MADett do?
- Medication delivery beyond the ETT tip results in more rapid and higher peak blood levels than nebulized or endotracheally injected medication
- Clinician knows how much gets into the system

Indications for Use
- To establish a path by which to inject medication into the lungs of a patient who is being ventilated through an intubated airway.
- Â To establish a means by which to introduce medication into an intubated airway without interrupting the flow of life-supporting ventilation to the patient
Contraindications
- Do not use with an endotracheal tube that is smaller than a 7.0 mm i.d. or shorter than 28 cm.
