• The Visual Wound Foot is modelled from an 80-year old patient.Includes eighteen different conditions, pressure ulcers and foot abnormalities.

• Model is made of a flexible material which allows movement of the toes for closer examination and application of dressings.

• Supplied with a positioning base for ease of use.

• Eighteen different conditions are presented: 

  1. Stage 4 pressure ulcer of the heel, with exposed bone and infection on a person with diabetes 

  2. Full thickness wound with tendon exposed, probably due to pressure 

  3. Eschar on the lateral foot of a diabetic due to pressure 

  4. Diabetic neuropathic ulcer on the forefoot with slough 

  5. Full thickness ulcer, plantar 3rd digit, probably diabetic neuropathic etiology 

  6. Stage I pressure ulcer of the lateral malleolus on a diabetic 

  7. Stage II pressure ulcer of the medial malleolus on a diabetic 

  8. Dry gangrene of the 5th toe, due to ischaemi

  9. Thick callus ring – hyperkeratosis

  10. Amputated 2nd toe

  11. Stapled wound

  12. Corn on top of 3rd toe

  13. Blister on the top of 4th toe

  14. Callus under the 4th metatarsophalangeal joint

  15. Interdigital maceration between the 4th and 5th toes

  16. Ingrowing toenail on the medial aspect of the big toe

  17. Hammer toes - 3rd, 4th and 5th toes

  18. Fungal thickened toenail on the big toe
